Clear speed isnt ever an issue. As long as everything is dying in under 4.5 Seconds (which is the duration of my current Ice Storm) then I cant imagine Inc Duration being better then Iron Will. Single target is still easy. Even if the boss is taking a "long time" I so far havent encountered antyhing that didnt die in 4.5 seconds.

edit: got lucky today and found an exalt first and when checking poe trade I found a 6S Whispering Ice with exactly the right colors and the 18% int roll. A friendly Korean guy accepted my offer of 25c so can try the full linked build. Did one map and the damage was a whole lot better than my first try so looking forward to improving my gear.
